      Uncle LeGrand's Wedding

Derek, Kathryn, and Matthew were able to fly to Washington for LeGrand and Nina's wedding.  Kathryn absolutely loved the whole wedding experience.  Matthew on the other hand thought it was a little. . .well you will see.

      Matthew really "wikes wadybugs!"

The end of the reception. . .sweaty hair, hole in a new suit, scratch on the leg, and Uncle LeGrand and Aunt Nina are married!

Oma Visits Us in New Hampshire

We had plans to go to the children's musuem and aquarium with Oma, but the weather didn't cooperate and then Anthony ended up being sick most of the time.  They managed to have fun anyways.

Proof of his sickness.  He wanted to make pretzels with Oma, but ended up just watching from the chair.  Matthew loved rolling the dough.

Kathryn got to make a cake with her easy bake oven!  I am not sure if any made it into the pan.  There is only about 2 tablespoons of dough to begin with and it looks like there is about 1 tablespoon on her face.  She sure does love to bake.  We were also able to go to the library with Oma and the kids loved playing marbles and other games with her.
